I'm having a problem with IP HELO, can anyone help me? RCVD_NUMERIC_HELO

  Hi Lucas, Is the hostname set correctly? The hostname should be used by default. Do you have 'Reference /etc/mailhelo for outgoing SMTP HELO' enabled at WHM > Exim Configuration Manager? If so, what is the contents of '/etc/mailhelo'? Thanks,

  My hostname is set correctly, and where do I make this setting on whm you indicated me on?

  Hello, You won't have access to adjust those values in "WHM >> Exim Configuration Manager" as your access level suggests you only have reseller access. I recommend reporting this issue to your web hosting provider so they can investigate this further for you. Thank you.
