Outlook sending issue

Hi My name is Karim. I am having an issue on outlook email with all of my windows 7 users. My IMAP settings are mail.hostname.com incoming port 993 outgoing port 465 This seems to be working perfectly on Windows 10 but doesn't work on Windows 7. On Windows 7 I can only use none SSL ports incoming 143 outgoing 587 Has anyone else experienced this issue before?
