AutoSSL including suspended accounts

I'm getting notifications about AutoSSL certificate expiry on suspended accounts on my server. Ideally I'd want AutoSSL to ignore accounts that are suspended, as they're suspended for a reason and shouldn't raise awareness of their certificates being/getting expired. Is there a way to have AutoSSL skip suspended accounts?

  I do this manually (if there is some way of automating it, I have missed it :( ) 1) WHM > Account Information > List Suspended Accounts >> make a note of the usernames 2) WHM > SSL/TLS > Manage AutoSSL > Manage Users >> Disable AutoSSL for the usernames noted above. Hope this helps.
