Hello, i want to ask how i know from cpanel or from a command when an installed PHP Pecl needs update?

  ok, i found it. you see Show Docs what version is the latest

  Hello, "WHM >> Module Installers >> PHP Pecl" also has an "Update" button you can use when an update is available. Thank you.
