  if you have root access to the server login to the server and check the log file located at /var/lib/mysql to see whats happening exactly.

  Hello, Yes, as mentioned in the previous post, try restarting MySQL and then monitoring /var/lib/mysql/$hostname.err for any specific error messages. Thank you.

  Thank you so much for your help. The problem was fixed. Apparently was a problem with dovecot solr
