EasyApache 4 stuck on System Update?

Hi, gang. I just converted EA3 to EA4 on a new WHM 68 box after a nervous migration from an old WHM 56 box running CloudLinux 5.11. The initial conversion looks fine and when I run EasyApache now, I get the screen that enables me to customize and provision profiles. So far, so good. After provisioning and running System Update (including kernel), the System Update says it completes successfully: System update process has started. No packages marked for update System update process has finished. Clicking the Done button returns me to the same System Update page and we go through update/done/update/done, etc., in an infinite loop. I cannot seem to actually BUILD an EA4 profile. Ideas on how to fix this? I have other major concerns, but those cannot even be mentioned until I can actually use EA4.

  Once you click "Done", you'd need to browse back to "WHM >> EasyApache 4". At that point, you don't need to utilize the "Run System Update" button again. Simply click "Customize" to proceed with building a profile. Thank you.

  Thanks, Michael. Just as a point of interest, I would say that the EA4 UI isn't as obvious as EA3 in terms of what it's doing. I've since restarted Apache and checked the status. Apparently, the new modules are in place. I understand that CloudLinux has specific requirements for installation, with Apache being a potential blocker. Does this look fine? Server Version: Apache/2.4.29 (cPanel) OpenSSL/1.0.2n mod_bwlimited/1.4 mpm-itk/2.4.7-04 PHP/5.6.33 Server MPM: prefork Server Built: Feb 2 2018 14:40:26 I confess that I'm a little confused. I apparently correctly have mod_mpm_itk installed, but I'm still getting PHP DSO warnings in the EA4 interface for the current package: Recommendations for "PHP DSO" * PHP DSO runs as the user nobody by default. In a shared hosting environment, this is a security issue.

  These recommendations appear because you have "ea-php56-php" installed on your system.

  
  Hello, 1. You should not have any issues converting to CloudLinux with those versions. CloudLinux makes the conversion process simple. 2. The "ea-php56-php" RPM represents the DSO package. You'd need to remove it if you want to avoid seeing that warning message. 3. Thank you for the feedback regarding the EA4 UI. We actually have an open case to specifically improve the system update design in the UI in a future version of cPanel (tentatively cPanel version 72). Thank you.
