cpanel + vitual box + centOS

Hi everyone, Finally got around to purchasing a cPanel license in an effort to get around the 15 day trial period. Having some network-issues here and hoping to find some guidance or answers for. I have the latest version of cPanel running in a centOS-based virtual box and a bridged virtual adapter. I can access WHM and cPanel internally, but not through an external address. I have a CISCO RV220 and added a rule to allow all inbound and outbound traffic from my public ip to be routed to and from my private IP. But can't seem to access anything??
