Database Error when launching webpage

Good Evening, I am currently assisting someone with an error when they browse to their website Photo is attached. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. The site has been down for quite sometime so any guidance on how to resolve issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Dave

  Check if the mysql service is running, make sure the database credentials ( username, database name, password and host ) are correct, check the logs at /var/lib/mysql error log file for further investigation.

  Hello, The information in the previous post is a good place to start. Generally, if MySQL is running well, that type of issue stems from the use of invalid credentials in the script's database configuration file. Thank you.
