Configuring WHM as reseller

hi mohalepa here just bought a reseller account wanted to host domain and i have no idea to configure WHM manage to do the following 1, setup account"s default nameservers used when you create an account. 2, register list account 3, add package "im not sure whether i did the right packages 4, The Zone Template Editor but when i try to access the domain on url error " This site can"t be reached ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED" please assist
