Sub Domain server IP not found

The problem faced by me is almost the same, I have uploaded few PHP and MySQL files in the subdomain directory, but even after editing the code to suit cpanel, I am facing with issue of server IP Address not found, following this thread I changed the IP in A record as I am using Cloudflare, and manually edit the IP and TTL, still I face the same issue. I followed the following thread for reference.
