Receiving HTML mail as Plain text mail

Hi guys, i get new email template from - Removed - and send mail to my gmail address from my cPanel using roundclube. Yeah i selected Editor type: HTML before adding HTML. then i add and send but receiving as plain text can you tell me why.

  Hello, Are you able to reproduce the issue with recipients on multiple remote mail servers? How exactly are you testing the issue? Thank you.

  i just click New massage => paste HTML code => send. i can't do like this. but if i write anything and select and bold the text its will work so i think paste code not working i have to create there?

  Hello, Have you reached out to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look? Also, have you tried reproducing the issue when sending the HTML message to different remote mail servers (E.g. Gmail, Hotmail) and experienced the same results? Thank you.
