    Here a connection today at the same time, why one connection low and the other very high?     Hello, It's possible the higher bandwidth usage stems from a user that's setting up IMAP for the first time in their email client, and thus is downloading all of the messages stored on the server. The other log entry could indicate the email client was already setup, and thus only new messages were downloaded. Thank you.

    But this user have many connections in the day, some low other bigger like 32 Mb, 100Mb and 200Mb, this client have many folders in his email, this could be the problem?, yesterday they used 10-15GB of bandwidth

    It depends on how their email clients are configured on their local computer. Have you checked with them to see how they are checking their emails? For instance, do they utilize multiple email clients? Thank you.
