Problem with email export

Hello, i have a problem when i try to export email with horde. After select the folder and export, i select like zip and a error appear in my window, i attached an image with the message, the folder only contains 45 Mb, before try download this folder, i downloaded other only with two message an it downloaded well. Regards.

  Hello, Could you let us know of any specific output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when this happens? Thank you.

  This suggests one of the internal cPanel and PHP limits configured for cpsrvd and Horde was met when performing the action. In previous cases where customers report this issue, the consensus best approach is to configure the email account with an external email client (using the IMAP protocol) and then export the emails directly on the local computer via the email client's export utility.
