Need help w Server setup/configuration and customization

Hello, I'm new at Linux server and I need help with setup, configuration and customization of VPS hosted server I purchased. I got hosted server w cPanel CENTOS 7.4 kvmwith 3 IP addresses ( I may need to get 3 or 4 more) and I also got offload mySQL server. But as I never worked with this particular cPanel Linux server I'm having hard time to set things up. What I want is to have a server with IP address I can SSH in, login with cPanel, etc and then I want to host 6-7 websites on this server with private IP address for each site. I want to have option where you can go to URL or ID address to login to each site (WordPress) or other e-commerce or CM site and be able to work on it, use FTP, SSH, install themes, edit, etc and I want each site to setup properly to use off-load MySQL server I have with DB for each site. Also I want to make sure server is secured, protected, optimized for fastest performance, stability, security and easy updates. I-m sure its easy for someone who knows this cPanel and Linux, and if anyone can help me I would really appreciate.
