Hello, Can you clarify which "Zone Transfer" option you are using? Are you using cPanel & WHM or is this related to an option on the interface offered by MailGun? Thank you.

Hello, Zone Transfer is not an option provided by cPanel & WHM. Can you take a screenshot of the option you see so we can verify if it's a third-party plugin? Thank you.

Thanks for the reply again! My bad :/ Its "Zone Editor" You are right! Additionally, All I am trying to do is to create an email.mysite.com subdomain and configure this subdomain domain with mailgun.org. Mailgun requires MX records and DNS records to be set for the subdomain. Can you Further guide me how do I configure it with mailgun? Regards, -Hassan

Hello, You can browse to "cPanel >> Zone Editor >> Manage >> Add Record >> Add MX Record" and replace the "name" field with the subdomain name instead of the parent domain name. Thank you.
