Custom Rules for Email forwarder

Hi all we have special emails that we want to do the following : emails received from specific domain and based on the subject will do the : 1- Change the subject completely and use an new subject to "Example". 2- Remove specific lines in email body completely. 3- Send it to new email address with the modified body. is this possible ? maybe using custom script for example ?
