Hello, This is controlled via the following option under the "Stats and Logs" tab in "WHM >> Tweak Settings": The interval, in days, to retain Exim stats in the database You can increase this from the default of "10" to begin preserving Exim data for more than 10 days. It shouldn't slow down the server, but could utilize more disk space and more resources when using the search function. Thank you.

if I do not increase, can I find the old mails sent (300 day or more) in the logs (with their contents)?

Hello, Yes, as long as the logs have not been rotated you can search /var/log/exim_mainlog for email activity. EX:

Hello, Email body content is not stored by Exim itself, so you'll only be able to review the message body if the specific message still exists on the server. Thank you.

That's correct, unless the actual email was delivered and remains stored on the server or in a user's email client. Thank you.

Hello, Email stored on the server after it's delivered is located in the individual mailbox of the account. EX: /home/$username/mail/$domain/cur/ Thank you.
