Access Denied on front End Website

Hello there, I am facing issue on some of the domains which is hosted on my server. The error-log said "PHP Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: Operation not permitted in Unknown on line 0" While when we do open a website in a browser it shows the message "Access denied." Kindly advice me with the proper solution. Regards.
