BoxTrapper Error

Hello, boxtrapper does not send automatic blacklist emails or other system templates, what would be the problem? Email matches rule "from domain@client.com" Line 2 in blacklist Found user as mailer/postmaster ='mailer-daemon@onix.ultradns.net.br'>mailer-daemon@server.net/Mail failure - no recipient addresses Discarding verify bounce from ='mailer-daemon@onix.ultradns.net.br'>mailer-daemon@server.net/Mail failure - no recipient addresses

  Hello, Can you let us know the output from /var/log/exim_mainlog for the affected message? EX: exigrep user@domain /var/log/exim_mainlog
  Ensure to replace any real domain names or IP addresses with examples when posting the output. Thank you.

  After adding an email in denial area of the boxtrapper, the remetent send a message and the return of the boxtrapper is a message default of the own sistema but dont work the sending of the message of system for the remetent, returning the error above.
