Opencart Admin Dashboard Page is slow

Hello, i have 2 VPS with cPanels. At my 1st VPS i don't have any problem with all my CMS (Joomla, WP, Opencart, etc). At my 2nd VPS i have problem with Opencart (2.3.0.2) Admin Dashboard Page. It is too slow. It takes to load 30 seconds. The problem is only at Admin Dashboard Page. At other admin pages i don't have this problem. At the frontend i don't have problems... I tried a couple of fresh installations, but i have the same problem... At cPanel log file i didn't have any error, the same at opencart log file.. I think i have the same problem with forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php?t=23233, but i didn't find any solution...
