Hello, The red unlocked icon indicates a SSL certificate is not installed on that domain name or subdomain. Thus, attempting to access the URL will fail because it's the "https" URL. Do you have AutoSSL enabled on this server? If so, you can review the "Logs" tab in "WHM >> Manage AutoSSL" to see why a certificate for the domain name with the red unlocked icon wasn't installed as part of the AutoSSL check. Thank you.

Hello, The error message suggests AutoSSL could not issue a SSL certificate to that domain name because it doesn't resolve to an IP address associated with the cPanel server. Is that domain name using remote name servers? If so, ensure you add the "A" record for the subdomain and it's "www" prefix at the DNS host of it's parent domain name. Thank you.

All names that are having issues are sub-domains using the server's name servers. I'll look to see if the A records are missing for some reason.

Michael once again I owe you a big thank you. Everything is resolved. In addition to several A Name records missing, two clients had not deleted some add on domains they no longer had registered. I really do appreciate that you are so helpful and patient with me. I realize that some (maybe even many) of the questions I ask are not exactly true cPanel issues. the fact you continually go out of your way to assist is not lost on me at all. Please treat youtself to an extra chocoltae chip cookie at lunch tomorrow. :) Thanks!
