SNI based SSL?

I have been trying to resolve the matter related to SNI based SSL which is causing unsuccessful SSL handshake during the payment with the gateway. Your server should be configured to support IP based SSL. I have been given different answers on this and non of them worked so was wondering if anyone here can help? Thanks

  Hello, Your access level shows as "Reseller Owner". Have you reported this issue to your reseller hosting provider so they can assist you? Note that SNI is supported by default on our supported operating systems and cPanel versions. Thank you.

  Fixed this using a dedicated IP address to the cpanel
