AutoSSL for Server certificate

Hi, A user on one of our cPanel servers noticed that AutoSSL does not automatically renew the server certificate for Apache; e.g. if I request

  Hello, Can you verify which version of cPanel is installed on this system? I believe this should work properly as of cPanel version 68.0.23: Fixed case CPANEL-17154: SSL vhost for hostname. Do you notice any error messages when running the /usr/local/cpanel/bin/checkallsslcerts command? Thank you.

  The servers are running 68.0.30 (CENTOS 6.9 standard).
