Smart Host with specific MX hosts

Hi. I'm new to this forums. I'm trying to setup my exim configuration to relay all of our outgoing email to a smart host, but only if the destination's MX host matches a regular expression (like, maybe, *.outlook.com). Is this supported on Exim?
