Disk usage not correct

Hello, All accounts located in /home2 do not have correct disk usage. They are either 0 or few mbs. I have tried remounting the drive, I have run the fix qouta script but the execution is the same 0mb disk usage. The issue only occurs for accounts in /home2 ,, all other accounts in /home are ok. How can I fix this? Thank You
