[2018-03-12 02:10:22 -0400] E [/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/find_outdated_services] The "/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/find_outdated_services" command (process 29497) ended prematurely because it received the "TERM" (15) signal. The process was aborted because it reached the timeout of 3,600 seconds.

Hello, Can you try running this command manually to see if it finishes? EX: /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/find_outdated_services
    Thank you.

Hello, That suggests the command was able to run in a normal time frame. Can you verify if the issue persists upon updating cPanel again (e.g. /scripts/upcp --force)? Thank you.

    Does this and just sits: [2018-03-12 12:59:17 -0400] - Finished command `/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/sysup` in 3.119 seconds [2018-03-12 12:59:17 -0400] - Finished in 3.119 seconds [2018-03-12 12:59:17 -0400] Processing: Restarting any outdated services [2018-03-12 12:59:17 -0400] - Processing command `/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/find_outdated_services --always-restart`
Oddly when this happens, Site24x7 (monitoring agent) reports system down for 11 seconds.

Hello, Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look? Thank you.

The ticket system is telling me to go thru my host, which is fine... I am wondering if a quick test would be to remove Site24x7 and retry....???.... Is it safe to ^C out of the uucp script or let it time out??

You could try this, and also try testing with the specific flag that upcp uses with the command: /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/find_outdated_services --always-restart
As far as killing the upcp process, you can, but you will also need to run "kill -9 PID" on any lingering upcp processes that exist after cancelling it. Thank you.

I took out the Site24x7 monagent - and UUCP ran to 100% with no errors... So I will see if Site24x7 has any ideas. Wondering how did this service ended up flagged as an outdated service??? Thank you for your help!!! :)

Why did this service end up on outdated, BTW????

Here's a quote from the description of the script: [QUOTE] This command examines your system and identifies any services that are "outdated""i.e., that depend on libraries that are no longer present on the system. This can often happen when such libraries receive updates, e.g., from C.
    Thank you.
