leftover username

Hello friends all over the world. I am a newbie in linux/cpanel world. I purchased a VPS and installed a trial version of cpanel. I created a username and then deleted. Now I want to create that username again, and migrate the cpanel account from my hosting provider, but when I try to create the account again I receive this error: (XID 6gvuqk) The name of another account on this server has the same initial 8 characters as the given username (edenleaders). Each username"s first 8 characters must be unique. Please help me find and delete ALL the "leftovers" Thank you so much...

  I went to my whm account functions, terminate account, unchecked to keep dns zonez, and I have received the message that the account has been deleted successfully

  Hello, Do you see any entries leftover for that username in the /var/cpanel/users/ or /var/cpanel/userdata/ directories? Thank you.
