Mail app showing folders

Hi Guys, The next problem that they are experiencing is with their Mac Mail showing the folders under the inbox. They don't want this, they want it to display as in the screen shot attached. On my iMac, running High Sierra, this doesn't seem to be a problem. However they are unable to create these folders which is causing a few issues to say the least. Not sure if this is a cPanel fault or more a Mac Mail problem. But any help would be great

  It is difficult to fully understand the problem faced, but if they need to create folders from third-party email client, they should connect over IMAP.

  Hello, What's configured under "Settings > Mail > Accounts > Advanced > IMAP Path Prefix" on that system? Thank you.

  Morning, Thank you for your continued assistance. They don't have anything configured under this at the moment, on my own system it is specified to INBOX I believe. Hope this helps.

  See if switching that value to "INBOX" on their system followed by restarting the Mail app solves the issue. Thank you.
