Nameservers not resolving using one IP

    Hello, It's acceptable to use a single IP address with multiple name servers. You mentioned that domain names assigned those name servers are failing to resolve. Have you used a website such as IntoDNS for one of those domain names to see if there are any obvious errors in how they are setup? Thank you.

    Hello @cPanelMichael , Thank you for your quick response. Note that we are unable to ping our two nameservers in our server and out side of our server. Regards, Tarak Nath

    Hello, Now the issue is resolved. The issue was from current DNS hosting provider of ourdomain.com. We setup everything correctly, unfortunately some reason the records were not getting read correctly. They rebuilt the named config and now we can see the ns1.ourdomain.com & ns2.ourdomain.com resolving to the IP address 123.456.78.9 Please mark this thread as RESOLVED.     Hello, Now the issue is resolved. The issue was from current DNS hosting provider of ourdomain.com.     I think I'm having the same issue, as usual is normal come here at the forums to ask help, my question will be today, how you did it ? Can you explain it much detailed please, that could help me to fix the same issue I'm having now!
