I would like some help to solve this error that appears in print.

  Hello, Is the DNS for this domain name handled by the cPanel server? If so, select this domain name using "WHM >> Edit DNS Zone" and verify the "A" record for "webmail" is created and points to the correct IP address. Thank you.

  friend value has already been created in DNS via WHM but the error still persists.

  Hello, Your access level shows as "Reseller Owner". If you do not have root access to this server, please report this problem to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look at the AutoSSL logs to see what's happening. Thank you.
