Change Incoming mail server subdomain

Hi, I'm just setting up a new WHM/cPanel server, I've migrated the accounts but having a problem with the mail settings. On the old server the incoming mail server was cloud.mydomain.com for ALL accounts and used the service ssl cert with that name, on the new server it seems to be mail.mydomain.com for non-ssl and mydomain.com for ssl and uses the domain of each account. How can I change the incoming mail server so all accounts use cloud.mydomain.com Thanks, Andy

  Hello Andy, Can you clarify if you are referring to the email client configuration settings that are provided as part of the "Set Up Mail Client" feature under "Email Accounts" in cPanel? Or, do you mean you are you unable to authenticate to the incoming mail server from an email client without warning messages? Note that with AutoSSL and Domain TLS, free signed SSL certificates for each domain name are supported:
