disable Mailman archive attachment

I have disabled archive for Mailman, but now I discovered mailman is saving mail attachments. Is there a way to disable this feature? I checked and "Scrub attachments of regular delivery message" is disabled. I could write a script to delete them for each list in cron, but I prefer disabling them. May this be related to digesto option? (besides being disabled int he lists I checked)

  Hello, Have you tried enabling this option? If this option is enabled, and archives are disabled for the list, then attachments in the email should be refused. Thank you.

  I don't want attachments refused; I want them to be delivered. I endend with a cron script do change options on all lists, and manually deleting archive folders.

  Hello, I'm happy to see you were able to find a suitable workaround. Note that I don't believe Mailman offers any additional methods that will allow the attachments initially but remove them from the archives. Thank you.
