Email can not be deleted

i have the problem when i delete email account like this Error: You do not have a user named example@example.com and when i sign in i can not open the email account. This problem only happen in my main domain, every addon domain and subdomain are working and dont have any problem. can some one help me with this problem?

  Hello, Can you check to see if the passwd and shadow files exist for this domain name? They should be located in the following directory: /home/$cpanelusername/etc/$domain/ If they do exist, feel free to open a support ticket so we can take a closer look at the affected account to determine which data is missing:
