Hello, Check to see what's configured for the following option in "WHM >> Basic WebHost Manager Setup" under the "Basic Config" tab: The ethernet device onto which new IP addresses are added. Devices detected with at least one IP are listed in the drop-down, or you may specify another device. Does it match the device name you see when using the "ifconfig" command? Thank you.

In the config eth0 is selected. ifconfig shows the 5 ipv4 addresses as eth0:cp1, eth0:cp2 etc The ipv6 box is empty in the basic config, would that cause a problem? Thanks

In the support ticket is says:- "In terms of additional IPs, cPanel & WHM actually requires that you let it handle additional IPs and that you do explicitly create your own OS level interfaces for them" "do explicitly create" ??? Then the next reply "No, if you create those it will cause problems" I need an answer, we had our ecom sites down for 4 hours today because of this!

To update, here is the most recent response from the support ticket: [QUOTE] There is a typographical error in that statement. It should have stated: ----- cPanel & WHM actually requires that you let it handle additional IPs and that you do *not* explicitly create your own OS level interfaces for them. ----- Again, my sincerest apologies for that typo.
    Thank you.
