Account Creation Status: failed
Hello,
a deletion of a customer account has been done via an API command, this account has been deleted on the cpanel (whm), it is no longer visible in the list actigf accounts and in the folder / home it has not no more associated folder.
It is impossible to re-create this account, via the aip the following error is present:
Error: Unable to find data for cp941943p18 at /usr/local/cpanel/Whostmgr/Accounts/Remove.pm line 655.
and directly from the WHM:
Account Creation Status: failed
(XID zs3as6) This system already has an account named "user"
can you tell me how to recreate this account on my server?

Hello, This generally happens when there's an error during the account termination process. Do you notice any error output in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log at the time the account was terminated?
