Problem with receiving emails

Hi, Our company has been using cpanel for many years. However, recently we started having problem receiving emails from one of our important customers. We have no problem sending emails to them. The customer domain name is: xxx@example.com The error message is: TLS connect failed: error:140770FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:unknown protocol; connected to ****I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too long.
Our cpanel version is: 68.0 (build 33) Thank you. Your help is much appreciated. Best regards, Wei
