Can't configure email client with client domain name

Hi, I'm trying to set up an email client with the domain name of an account created on the WHM server (eg mail.client1.com), but it does not allow me to log in, but I do use the domain name of the WHM server if allows login (mail.whmserver.com). This behavior can be solved?

  Hello, Do you receive a specific error message when the login fails? Are you sure "mail.client1.tld" resolves to an IP address associated with the cPanel server? Thank you.

  Hi, thanks for the prompt answer I already realized what was happening, the A record was already propagated but the CNAME are not yet. Best regards
