Backup Restoration Not Completing Properly

Hi, I am trying to backup restoration for one account from whm, and it took forever to complete. the backup file is around 170MB, I cannot cancel the restoration process. Any idea how to cancel from restoration queue ? trying cat /dev/null > /var/cpanel/backups/queue/restore_queue.stor then /scripts/restartsrv_cpsrvd isnt help to clear the task
