    Hello, I don't believe there's a supported method of generating a unique message ID for each individual recipient with the Mailman configuration itself. As far as Exim/Dovecot, you could reduce the "batch_max" value, however that's highly discouraged due to the performance penalty the system would incur. The best approach would be to report this to Microsoft's support team directly, as it seems more like a bug with their SPAM detection as opposed to an actual policy they intend to enact. Thank you.

    Thanks for the reply. In my experience, Outlook.com support is very unresponsive. It's easier to get a meaningful reply from a grapefruit than from Outlook support... The above quoted thread is a prime example. The supporter doesn't even fully understand the question. So I guess I'll have to live with this...
