Servers replications

Hello, Guys, we're reviewing the company's infrastructure and we have a problem. We would like to leave the Cpanel servers mirrored or something similar. So that the slave server assumes all services if the master is unavailable. It is possible to create the backups and import the other machine and put a load balancer between them, but it does not seem the best way. What is the best way to do this? I'm pretty lost here.
