Can't Find File Manager in cPanel

Hello everyone, So my client ask me to optimize their website for SEO. They gave me their cPanel access so I can do my work. The thing is.. I can't find File Manager where I usually edit website's files. And I can't find a clue to how "activate" the File Manager feature. Can anyone help me to find the solution? 51567
