Sub domain issue

Hi, I have been facing issue on cPanel server on all the accounts. When i create a subdomain in any of the account, it does not resolve and ping, gives DNS error. Any solution. Thanks.

  1. Make sure that your main domain is resolving correctly. 2. Check A record for subdomain If possible, please post DNS error here.

  Hello, Have you setup name servers and assigned those name severs to the domain names at the domain registrar? We document how to do this at: How to Set Up Nameservers in a cPanel Environment - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation Otherwise, you will need to manually setup the DNS records for the subdomains at the DNS host of the parent domain name.
