Error starting mailman

Hi, Recently we have been noticing an issue with mailman. /scripts/restartsrv_mailman (XID srqz9m) The "mailman" service is not configured: there are no configured mailing lists

However mailman works with [~]# /etc/init.d/mailman start Starting mailman: Starting Mailman's master qrunner. [~]# /etc/init.d/mailman status mailmanctl (pid 72311) is running... [~]#
Our application check status of first one and hence need to be fixed. My query here is why does it start with cpanel scripts? how to fix this. PS: I didnt find how to start a new discussion. PS:
