Hello, This is due to the client attempting to connect using the SSLv2 or SSLv3 protocol which is no longer recognized. Can you tell me the ticket ID number you have open with us? The resolution for this is to either request that they use a client that connects with the TLS 1.2 protocol or allow SSLv2 or SSLv3 which is not recommended as the protocol is now considered to be antiquated and vulnerable. Hi @cPanelLauren , I'm having the same issue like this one. The sender of the email to our client that we host got the same error as mentioned above but upon checking both our SSL protocol, the result is both domain supports TLS and the SSLv2 and SSLv3 are disabled. Here are the attached screenshot with description. Hoping for your response. Thank you very much.

Hi @blackwidow02 The suggestion to move forward is the same in this instance, you'll either need to request that the sender use a modern client to connect, or you need to accept SSL connections. I would not recommend the latter as it can lead to allowing your server to be open to vulnerabilities as I indicated in my previous post. Thanks!
