Hi @upsforum This issue is related to an internal case which is fixed in v70 of cPanel. CPANEL-17935 and CPANEL-17928 were created to address the issue where dovecot's .vsize and .vlock files were being modified to folders causing the accounts to be unable to deliver mail. The solution for this was found in CPANEL-17935. cPanel v70 is still in RELEASE and not yet in CURRENT though it is planned for this month. If you don't want to update or in the meantime, you can move those files aside by performing the following action: mv /home/username/mail/domainaccount/emailname/.vsize.lock /home/username/mail/domainaccount/emailname/.vsize.lock.bk
Once this is complete you should stop receiving the errors as well as begin being able to send mail once more. Thank you,

Hi @upsforum I'm really happy to hear that, I'll go ahead and mark this as resolved in that case.

We had the same error for one of our hosted mailboxes. Moving the .vsize.lock directory out of the way seems to have solved the problem. Thank you @cPanelLauren!
