    Hi @ally1 For this issue, I would suggest that you contact our Customer Service team. Before I removed the licensed IP from the post I did look it up at cPanel & WHM License Verification | cPanel Inc. and found that it shows that it's expired. You can contact Customer Service via a support ticket or directly via email (cs@cpanel.net). Thank you,
