Backing up account problem

Hi i have problem with full backup one account Backup can not be created. Account have 4GB and it takes a few hours and does not end. This means that night backup can not be completed. I'm trying perform / Usr / local / cpanel / scripts / pkgacct but it also does not end. on the server I have many larger accounts and they are without a problem. centos6.9 / ssd disk, free space is ok any suggestions please

  Hi @jarecki74 When running the backup to are there any errors output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup/logfile.log or /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log? When running /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/pkgacct does the process ever error or timeout with a notification? Thank you,

  in log /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup/logfile.log i see this errors ( attach) When running /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/pkgacct does the process ever error or timeout with a notification? this process take to long time and cpu/ram resources - i have terminate it ( no error )
