Create My Own Nameservers?

Hello, I would like to know how I can do to have my own nameservers (Example: ns1.mydomain .com, ns2.mydomain.com) to be able to tell my clients to point their domain to my server. Is this possible? I have a VPS hosted in Linode, in that VPS I have Cpanel / WHM Please give a hand, thank you very much. Regards
