Quota - over 900MB somewhere †The files outside of your home directory

i have 1 account with 932MB outside home dir! i already ran fixquotas - no change "The files outside of your home directory, the metadata the system uses to store email in the mail directory, or the files that you do not have permission to access. please help

  inside cpanel and webmail obviously the directory Trash does NOT count into quota of account / emailaccount! - also sums do not add up - something wrong here!! 51691

  Hello, Please note that any files owned by the user can be counted towards "other" usage. Files such as mysql databases, log files or any data stored outside their home directory and owned by the user. You can use a find command to find data outside the user's home directory.
