Setup Remote MySQL - WHM 68

Hi, I am new to WHM and CPanel, but I am currently setting up 2 servers to host our website. The idea was to have a single webserver alongisde a single database server. I see in previous releases of WHM there has been an option to "Setup Remote MySQL Server", but I cannot currently see this option in my version of WHM. Is this feature still available and how would I go about configuring it? Any suggestion would be greatly apprecited. Thanks in advance. Ben
